The hotel landing matters more than the label
Give the operator the full hotel name and address, then ask the accommodation which landing works in practice. Some properties are accessible from a water taxi; others need a final walk from a nearby pier. Canal access and conditions can affect the arrangement. Look at the walking route, including bridges, with your actual luggage in mind. A convenient neighbourhood drop-off can still be a good choice without being a door-to-door service.
Allow for the airport arrival process
Your arrival involves leaving the aircraft, collecting bags, finding the operator and reaching the boat boarding area. Shared services may coordinate several passengers or drop-offs. Private services still have check-in and boarding arrangements. Do not choose either on an unverified fastest-transfer claim. Count suitcases as well as passengers. The private listing describes a maximum of six guests and space for eight pieces of luggage; confirm that the selected option matches your party and bag sizes. Shared tickets have their own allowance. Oversized luggage, a folded stroller or specific mobility assistance should be confirmed rather than assumed. If somebody needs step-free boarding, obtain explicit suitability advice before choosing a boat.
Book each direction deliberately
Choose airport-to-city or city-to-airport for the journey you need. If you want both, verify whether the selected purchase includes a return or requires two reservations. Cancellation and amendment conditions differ between products, so read the selected terms before paying. For departure day, agree the collection point and pickup arrangements in advance; the outward landing is not a guarantee of the return pickup.
