The scheduled boat route
Alilaguna’s Orange Line lists Rialto among its city stops. Check the official route page and timetable for your travel date, then choose the appropriate airport transfer option. A standard ACTV city pass is a different ticket and does not cover an Alilaguna journey.
From the terminal to the boat
Leave time to collect luggage and follow airport signs to the water-transport area. Your booking confirmation may have a specific check-in or ticket-exchange step. Read that before walking straight to a pontoon. Keep the confirmation accessible offline so a weak signal does not hold up your departure.
From Rialto to the hotel
Ask your accommodation which side of the canal and which landing works best. A route with several bridges can be awkward with large bags even if the straight-line distance is short. A taxi option may simplify the last part of the journey, but check the feasible landing instead of assuming a hotel-door drop-off.
Choose and book
Use the water-bus option for scheduled travel to an advertised stop, or compare taxis for a smaller shared group or dedicated vessel. Confirm the direction, passenger count and luggage conditions. Do not book a timed attraction immediately after landing; arrival formalities and waiting time are outside the boat ride itself.
